Rivi Varghese co-founded CustomerXPs™ after a long stint in the IT products industry. He spent over 15 years perfecting the end to end art of conceiving, delivering, marketing and selling new products. Rivi has significant international experience across 20 plus countries - a good mixture of advanced, emerging as well as the Middle-east. He has interacted with senior management of more than 200 banks and was instrumental in opening new markets for these products.

During his stint at Infosys' Finacle as Head, Product management - Delivery channels - he conceptualized and delivered 12 new-to-the-world products which are being used by leading banks globally – leading to some banks winning global awards for the same. As a multi channel expert, he has enabled banking in all possible channels. At Microsoft, as product manager, he was responsible for the developer tools business for India, which also included management and fostering the software marketing channel sales end-user ecosystem in the country. Rivi holds an MBA from IIM-Bangalore and B-Tech from IT-BHU.

Balaji co-founded CustomerXPs™ with 15+ years experience in software product development, implementation, business-solutions & operations roles. This includes managing large-scale application outsourcing and core-banking replacement projects at leading banks. Balaji has significant international experience managing multiple client projects in the Middle-East, South-East Asian regions and India. At Accenture, Balaji managed large application outsourcing projects for major banks in the USA. At CustomerXPs™ he is responsible for client engagements, implementation and operations. Balaji is Btech and PMP.

Aditya is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. He brings over 15 years of experience in designing, architecting and implementing large scale mission critical business applications in both traditional scale-up systems as well as modern scale-out distributed systems. He spent over 10 years with Infosys' Finacle Architecture team designing and building resilient and mission critical enterprise software architecture. He then joined Amazon.com as a principal Architect where he architected and delivered Amazon’s Flexible Payment Web Service - an internet scale OLTP payment application over distributed databases with sub-second response time. He holds a B Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.

Murli Ravi is currently Associate Director and Deputy Head, South Asia Investments of JAFCO in the Singapore office and is responsible for investments in South Asia. During his tenure so far, he has served on the board of 12 portfolio companies. Among others, his current board appointments include Consilium, Microland, Microqual, Mistral, Mozat and Vriti.

Prior to joining JAFCO Asia, Murli worked in investments, consulting and research at Temasek Holdings, RedPill Solutions and INSEAD, during the course of which he acquired knowledge of industries such as mining, telecom/media, consumer goods, agriculture and alternative fuels. Transactions he has worked on have spanned a wide range of sizes, ranging from early-stage venture deals to significant minority stakes in large-cap public companies.

Murli obtained the CFA charter in 2006, holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and received a Certificate in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). He was awarded the SIA-NOL undergraduate scholarship to study engineering at the National University of Singapore.

R. “Shanx” Ravisankar was formerly Chief Operating Officer, Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU), and has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, information technology and business management around the globe. He is former Vice Chairman and CEO of Oracle Financial Services Software, (formerly known as i-flex Solutions), the first software company from India to establish a global leadership position in software products. As part of the i-flex leadership team, Shanx was instrumental in growing the business over a span of 15 years from a startup to an industry-leading, publicly listed, highly profitable, global software and services company with 10,000+ employees, customers in 125+ countries, and US$600+M in annual revenues. The company was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2005.

Shanx is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and has an MBA in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. In 2008, Shanx was selected as one of the 50 Outstanding Asian American business leaders. He also serves as Vice Chairperson on the Board of Trustees for the Eden II Programs for autism in New York.
