Sharad Hegde is the first non-founder employee of Infosys and an industry expert with over 30 years of experience in the areas of architecture, design and development for massive global software products and service implementations. SVP and CTO of Infosys for over 20 years, Sharad was the chief architect of Finacle and pioneered the development of Finacle, the leading global comprehensive core banking product from Infosys. At CustomerXPs™, he plays an active role in advising on architecture, technology, scalability and product strategy. Sharad is a graduate from IIT Chennai and a post-graduate from NITIE, Mumbai.

Anuradha is amongst the earliest employees of Infosys. As an architect, she was also part of the initial team which architected Finacle. Later, she spearheaded the famed Quality Initiative of Infosys and led the Process Engineering Group. She made quality as one of the key differentiators of Infosys. Anuradha was also the prime consultant to lead HP-ISO to be assessed to CMM Level 5. At CustomerXPs™ she advises the team on creating the next generation agile processes for software products - which bring in speed, agility and predictability in product releases. Anuradha holds a Masters degree in Engineering from ENSEEIHT France.

Merwin comes with over 30 years of rich experience spanning across sales, marketing, delivery and senior management functions in the IT industry, mainly in the enterprise products and solutions space. In his previous assignment of over 10 years, as Head of Sales and Marketing and then Business Head of Finacle, with Infosys Technologies Ltd., he was instrumental in transforming Finacle into a global leader in the enterprise banking solutions space.
